The infections are caused by the Bacteria, Fungi, Virus and Parasites. The mode of infectious disease transmission may vary, which may be due to direct contact, indirect contact, insect bite or through food contamination. Anyone can catch infection and may get sick if the immune system does not work properly. Most of the infectious diseases will have only minor complications but some are life threatening.
